軍審法全面移交司法單位　林毅夫、葉玫列入名單

因洪仲丘枉死案引發軍審法修法的聲浪，13日將第2階段移交司法機關，預計有160件審理案件、280件檢察案件，移監收容人約74人，其中還包括判逃大陸的前陸軍連長林毅夫、潛逃出境的前國安局上校組長劉冠軍、前年7月潛逃英國的軍情局女中尉葉玫等人案件。

未來軍情局的司法案件全交由司法單位處理，國防部資料顯示，預計移送160件審判案件、280件檢察案件（含通緝、執行等案件），收容人移轉部分，執行中有65人，偵查審理有9人，合計約74人。

其中的案件還包括判逃大陸的前陸軍連長林毅夫、潛逃出境的前國安局上校組長劉冠軍、前年7月潛逃英國的軍情局女中尉葉玫等人。
