羅生門！男違規遭開罰控警偽簽　警駁斥：是他自己簽的

台北一名男子因違規騎車，遭到警方開單，但男子當時拒絕簽單，事後收到罰單竟出現他的簽名，男子懷疑警方偽造他的簽名，但警方否認並表示是男子自己簽收，男子將申請筆跡鑑定，不排除提告。

據報導，這名男子去年8月因違規騎車遭到警方開罰，男子因不滿警方未說明違規理由，因此拒絕簽單，上個月收到催繳罰單時，卻發現上面有自己的簽名，男子因此懷疑是警方偽造他的簽名。

但警方澄清，罰單是當時男子自己簽收，且強調罰單不管有沒有簽名，都不會影響開罰。

男子拿出自己的信用卡和簽單，想證明與罰單上簽名不同之處。整起事件成了羅生門，男子近期將申請筆跡鑑定，不排除提出偽造文書告訴。
