CPU使用率過高導致銀幕模糊跳動

最近我的電腦只要CPU使用率達到60%以上
畫面就會出現橫條且模糊上下跳動
直到使用率到60%以下狀況就自動消失
我的電腦散熱可算良好
本身也沒有完任何線上遊戲
頂多創世神
實在不了解為何會這樣
請各位大師幫我解決問題

我的電腦配備如下
AMD X2 245
ASUS M2N68
Kingston DDR2 800 2G x2
PowerColor HD 6770 DDR5 1G
POWER 450W
