降油價 中油：汽、柴油價格明起各調降0.4元

受到國際油價下跌的影響，中油公司宣佈，國內油價依照浮動油價機制計算，明天凌晨零時開始，調降各式汽、柴油價格每公升各0.4元。調整後的參考零售價格分別是：92無鉛汽油每公升33.5元、95無鉛汽油每公升35.0元、98無鉛汽油每公升37.0元、超級柴油每公升32.4元。

中油指出，由於利比亞重啟境內最大的油田生產，預計未來產量可望逐步增加，加上非OPEC成員國的原油產量持續成長，對油市供應形成正面幫助，最近幾天國際油價呈現下跌，新台幣兌美元匯率又貶值0.251元，國內油價依照公式計算平均跌幅是1.48%，因此，汽、柴油每公升各調降0.4元。

外界質疑中油對油價的調整「漲多跌少」，甚至是「只漲不跌」。對此，中油重申，國內油價每週隨著國際油價變動調整，有漲有跌，調幅的大小完全取決於油價公式的計算結果，例如，上週國內汽柴油每公升調降0.4元，這次每公升再調降0.4元，就是完全反映國際油價下跌及浮動油價公式計算的結果，不可能「漲多跌少」或是「只漲不跌」。
