有意參選台北市長的台大醫師柯文哲又現驚人之語，他在昨天接受專訪時表示，「台灣的律師世代應該要結束了」，引發綠營議論，柯文哲辦公室今（8）日發布新聞稿表示，柯文哲談到「台灣的律師世代應該要結束了」，是泛指一種性格和政治文化，非指涉特定個人及世代。

柯文哲昨天接受廣播專訪時表示，過去20年，台灣政治有個現象就是「耍嘴皮」，每件事都要辯輸贏，甚至懶惰到只想喊口號，把政治兩極化，搞到國家空轉。他還說，「我不是要批評律師，但台灣的律師世代應該要結束了。」

柯文哲辦公室今天發布新聞稿指出，柯文哲的發言是針對過去藍綠對立的情況下，對於公共政策的討論常流於口號、淪於法庭式的辯論，而沒能以科學的態度、理性地去面對問題的本質。

新聞稿並表示，柯文哲談及的律師部分，泛指一種性格和政治文化，非指涉特定個人及世代。
