技嘉主機板問題...

小弟用G1 sniper B5的主機板 有兩個問題

1.開啟電源時 一秒後就停止 再隔一秒又重新啟動 請問這樣正常嗎?

2.還有一個問題就是開機約20分左右會自動關機 我試了4~5次還是一樣...
