涉誹謗加盟店 清玉老闆遭訴

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中6日電）飲料連鎖店清玉公司負責人王柄弦到某加盟店，公開指「物料不是跟公司訂，嚴重違約」等語，被加盟者控告誹謗，今天遭起訴。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，何姓女子先後在民國99年及101年間，加盟清玉公司開設「清玉中科店」及「清玉中科二店」。

清玉公司負責人王柄弦去年1月晚間先後到兩間加盟店，公開對店內員工及往來路人指稱，「消費者客訴說你們物料都不是跟公司訂的」、「物料沒跟公司買，但掛公司的招牌，嚴重違約」等語。

王柄弦並曾以手機軟體LINE發送「你請我喝什麼酒，我就加倍奉還」等文字，發給何姓女子。何女事後提出加盟受權合約書、訂購原物料明細及錄影監視影帶等資料，控告王柄弦涉誹謗及恐嚇。

王男否認誹謗，指稱因公司營運部及客戶反映何女加盟店的飲料口味不一樣，他才去稽查。但事後王男又改口說沒有客人反映，他不太清楚。

台中地檢署今天依誹謗罪將王男起訴。1030106
