安倍拜靖國 駐美中使轟獨斷

〔駐美特派員曹郁芬、國際新聞中心／綜合報導〕中國駐美大使崔天凱三日在華府中國駐美大使館舉行記者會，重砲抨擊日本首相安倍晉三。他說，安倍以首相身分在執政一週年時參拜靖國神社不能解釋為個人行為，是帶有明確政治意圖，反映出安倍的歷史觀、政治傾向和政策走向。崔天凱強調，國際社會絕不容許安倍把日本帶向錯誤方向。

破壞中日關係 得負全責

崔天凱質問，世界各國反法西斯戰爭得到的正義還算不算數？在安倍領導下的日本還要不要走和平發展的道路？戰後建立的和平秩序還要不要維護？崔天凱還用「天要下雨，娘要嫁人」形容安倍作風是獨斷獨行，要安倍完全負起破壞中日關係的責任。被問到安倍要採取哪些行動才能改變中日關係目前的局勢，崔天凱甚至說：「我個人對他不抱任何期望」。

他還引用另一句俗話奉勸安倍，「別看今日鬧得歡，小心將來拉清單。拉清單的時候會有的，我們都會看到。」

在這場華文媒體記者會上，針對中國設立防空識別區遭美方批判問題，崔天凱表示，中國和美方有充分的溝通，美方應已了解中國為什麼要設立，「我不認為是中美之間一個重大的分歧」。崔天凱說，今年是中美建交三十五週年，中美若是艘大船，還是會往正確的方向走，即使會遇到風浪，但他總體上是樂觀的。

領事館縱火嫌犯已被逮

對中國駐舊金山總領事館遭到縱火，崔天凱也首次回應說，這是一起非常嚴重的犯罪事件，美方已保證全力以赴並徹查。根據中國駐舊金山總領事袁南生三日指出，接獲美國外交安全局通知，蓄意縱火嫌犯已被警方拘捕，但美方尚未透露嫌犯的具體訊息。
