關機後重開機BIOS會reset..求解

原本用了一年多的電腦都沒有這個狀況，

到了上星期六就出現了bios has been reset.......

然後就卡在windows進不去（win7）

因為對於BIOS真的一竅不通，

就拿去給人檢查收了200……

搬回來後可以正常運作，但今天早上開機又跳到同個畫面又卡住了

請問該如何修復並避免以後類似情況發生呢？

主機板. 技嘉H61MA-D2V
