美國11月成屋銷售簽約指數上升0.2% 六個月來首度上升

國家不動產協會(NAR)周一公布，美國11月成屋銷售簽約指數小幅上升，為六個月來首度上升，顯示房屋市場活動可能改善。

11月成屋銷售簽約指數上升0.2%至101.7，小幅高於10月低點101.5，但低於2012年11月的103.3。

「成屋銷售簽約指數可能觸及了周期低點，因為創造就業與家庭狀況的正面基本面因素，可望於2014年促進穩定的簽約行動，」NAR經濟學家Lawrence Yun說。

此外，購屋者已習慣於較高的抵押貸款利率與較貴的房價。

雖然較高的抵押貸款利率，影響了房屋市場活動，Yun說，但2013年銷售卻創下七年來最高。

房屋銷售簽約後，通常會在二個月內完成交易。

該指數100代表2001年平均簽約水準。
