行車記錄器因日期表損壞，固顯示為2007年，實際為2013/12/30，事發當時，朋友於旅館倒車離去，鐵捲門已開，倒車至門口時被來車親了一下，車主車體沒有傷痕，但對方賓士車，於右前方車燈上方有小掉漆，因當初看沒有嚴重損傷，因此私下協議和解，如果對方要求賠償，想請問責任歸屬問題，我方應該全付嗎? 因雙方都是很和平的在處理這件意外，朋友是希望大事化小能順利解決就好，但對方家住台南，要回原廠估價，因此朋友有點擔心會被敲竹槓，所以想請問版友，這樣的裂痕大概要賠多少? 如果價錢太昂貴真的要請保險公司這樣來的及嗎? 我朋友是希望小錢能解決就私下匯過去處理掉就好，不希望驚動到父母(車是母親的) 以下為對方事發後拍下的車痕照片 http://ppt.cc/NddE 懇請各位板友解惑，感恩感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.165.112.140
