這些都是免疫系統 "刻意製造" 的生理反應

比如說發燒, 讓人想睡.... 因為身體就是要你多休息

感冒時
身體被流感病毒攻擊, 此時在跟病毒對戰的, 是免疫系統, 包含
是白血球, 抗體, 淋巴系統

身體刻意製造的 "發燒" 反應... 就是要讓妳多休息, 避免體能備使用在你平日的活動中 (例:工作)
建築一個資源豐沛的舞台
讓白血球, 抗體, 淋巴系統... 好好發揮

但反之
沒有發燒
免疫系統就沒辦法工作嗎?
當然不是的

所以
降低免疫系統的反應(例:發燒)
並不等於降低免疫系統 (例: 白血球的戰鬥力)
