興高采烈到全家去拿 回家拆開 盒子上給我一條超明顯約15公分刮痕 心情都不好了 問全家換貨說要找相信音樂他們只是負責代訂 貨數量也都剛好不能換 打去相信音樂得到的回覆竟然是說要找全家是全家的問題 兩邊互踢皮球 真的是讓人很生氣阿 感覺全家沒錯有問題的是相信音樂 而且連個退換貨機制都沒有 演唱會現場也有賣 問能不能憑發票當場換回答說不知道 回復還要等下班前能給 心情糟透了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.140.66.4
