關於拍賣輕鬆付待付款問題(我是賣家)

各位您好
我是奇摩的賣家
這二天的奇摩拍賣怪怪的

因為跟我買東西的買家都是選擇全家取貨付款
一般如果有在拍賣賣東西的賣家都知道
如果買家去全家取貨了
我們的訂單上面會顯示已收款

但我的拍賣這二天超奇怪的
明明單子上拉到最下面"物流編號"的下排已經顯示"已付款"
我的"查看帳戶"那邊也有顯示買家已經取貨付款

但是在"已賣出的東西那邊"外面又是顯示待付款
請問有賣家發生過這種事嗎?

如果有的話請幫我解答一下
