【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨髒兮兮，昨天開始進行洗澡作業，但只洗完一半，今天上午工作人員再度幫小鴨洗澡，但空氣實在太髒，昨天剛洗完的部分，又蒙上一層灰塵，導致小鴨身上出現詭異的3種顏色，從黑白郎君變成三色鴨。
