圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/39543898 時間：2013/11 鹿野市區雖然不大，但也有家特色早點，在地的老店，阿丁早點。早上離開 鹿鳴溫泉酒店後，一路向北，來到鹿野市區，稍停一會兒在阿丁吃個早點。 阿丁早點是傳統的早餐店，除了中式餐點之外，也兼賣西式三明治，是很典 型的台灣早餐店。 如果只是這樣的話，那阿丁也不算多特別。不過既然為在地特色早餐店，那 必定有過人之處。阿丁最特別的在於他的蛋餅，也是賣最好的早點，攤子上 三個煎鍋幾乎不曾間斷地在煎蛋餅。阿丁的蛋餅與一般不同，既不是機器製 的蛋餅皮也不是傳統麵粉漿蛋餅，而是使用燒餅的麵團，但不是用烤的，而 是用半煎半炸的方式，讓人想起埔里的鹹油條。 蛋餅＄25 蛋餅的餅皮非常的厚，只有一種口味，就是加蔥蛋而已。 淋上點醬油膏，蛋餅皮吃起來就像燒餅，口感厚實，可又沒燒餅那樣層層酥 脆，而是鬆軟厚餅狀，襯著蔥花蛋香，十分有飽足感的蛋餅。不過因為麵團 餅厚，自然也比較容易吸油，吃起來也較油膩些，吃一個剛好，要吃兩個就 受不了了。 阿丁早點 地址：台東縣鹿野鄉中華路42號 電話：089-551475 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.163.241.26 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Taitung 12/28 10:38
