台灣房價是不是已經出現泡沫化的跡象，經紀學家馬凱認為，目前台灣早就進入泡沫化，而且一但有任何風吹草動，都有可能使得房價崩跌。加上如果明年QE退場，升息壓力一來，市場可能會有一次，大規模的房價修正。馬凱提醒，現在如果有想要買房的民眾，要特別謹慎。
