最近天氣比較冷 寒流又來 搞得皮膚又更容易乾癢 尤其是常常就會不自覺的抓小腿 有時候一抓就無法自拔 停不下來 有幾次抓到後來都會紅腫而且還會破皮 結痂後 皮膚摸起來就會變的比較粗糙 雖然已經有拿手邊的乳液來急救了 可是還是很容易就會乾癢 不知道該怎麼辦才好 最近在版上看到有很多那種油類的保養 是不是要換成擦油來看看啊??效果好嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.11.184.229
