K7廠遭裁處停工 不得裁員

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄20日電）日月光公司K7廠涉嫌排放廢水污染，排放廢水資料又涉造假，高雄市環保局今天裁處停工，並要求不得裁員、減薪、資遣和放無薪假。

高雄市環保局長陳金德今天下午召開記者會，以K7廠違反水污法排放的污染情節重大，宣布裁處K7廠會產出污染的生產線停工。

高雄市勞工局長鍾孔炤也在記者會表示，K7廠違反水污法遭行政處分，不能歸責於勞工，不僅不適用無薪假，且於停工後不得以業務減縮為由，對員工減薪、裁員和資遣。

鍾孔炤說，將要求日月光不得損害勞工的權益，高雄市政府也會全力維護勞工的權益。

高雄市環保局裁定K7廠停工後，將以雙掛號寄發勒令停工的行政處分書，廠方收到後立即生效，K7廠的會產出鎳等污染的晶圓生產線將停工。1021220
