日月光：停工製程僅影響集團營收3%

【楊喻斐／台北報導】半導體大廠封測廠日月光（2311）高雄K廠確定遭到勒令停工，財務長董宏思今晚舉行重大訊息說明會表示，高雄廠K7廠為覆晶等封測與晶圓凸塊製程的主要基地，每月產值接近5800萬美元，其中4000萬美元為非晶圓製造，該廠的營收佔集團營收比重約9%。

董宏思表示，在K7廠晶圓製造程序的廢水產出製程停工期間，對於公司可能每月1800萬美元的潛在影響，佔集團營收比重僅約3%不到，目前公司已經啟動緊急機制，務必將客戶影響降至最低。

董宏思強調，目前K7廠事件對於公司雖有影響，應仍在控制範圍內，已與客戶展開積極溝通，並盡力維持與大多數客戶間長久以來建立的互信合作關係。

董宏思表示，將規劃把停工的產能轉移到其他廠區，或者協助客戶尋找其他的產能。
