日月光案　沈世宏：若設暗管或偷排應停工

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】高雄市環保局今下午宣布日月光K7廠是否停工，環保署署長沈世宏說，若依高雄市環保局說法，日月光是設暗管或偷排，當然應該停工，若被停工咎由自取。他說，停工與否是由高雄市政府全權決定，若最後決定不停工，高雄市政府應對外解釋清楚。
