已故中科院長唐君鉑後代佔用官舍遭求償

已故中科院院長唐君鉑中將的後代，被控占有位於台大校園旁，市值高達數億元的官舍，國防部成功討回官舍後，進而打民事官司求償不當得利; 台北地院審理後，認定唐君鉑的媳婦和孫子違法占用，軍方因此受有相當租金的不當得利損害，判賠749萬餘元。
