【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨今天頂著寒冷的風雨，上午再度下海彩排測試，目前小鴨已充氣完成，因為昨天小鴨右翅有點小擦傷，工作人員正持續檢查小鴨身體狀況，待一切就緒後，將會帶領小鴨二度巡港。
