K7廠長羈押 日月光：尊重司法

高雄地檢署偵辦日月光涉嫌排放廢水污染案，約談K7廠廠長蘇炳碩後，今晨向法院聲押獲准。日月光今早表示，尊重司法，不便表示意見。

日月光表示，尊重司法，基於偵查不公開原則，不便對案情表示任何意見。

日月光涉嫌排放廢水污染案，高雄地檢署13日傳喚日月光K7廠長蘇炳碩、廢水組主任蔡奇勳及顏姓經理等人到案。

檢方調查日月光K7廠的廢水環保稽查紀錄、勘驗並採集檢體送驗，查出蘇炳碩的供詞與證人證詞不符，並有串證、湮滅證據之虞，向法院聲請羈押蘇炳碩。

高雄地方法院13日深夜召開羈押庭，漏夜開庭審理，認為蘇炳碩以犯嫌重大、有串證之虞，今晨向法院聲押獲准。
