彰檢找到陳巧明 訊問中

彰化檢方偵辦詹姓高中生被虐死案，檢方今天找到日月明功負責人陳巧明，目前正在進行詢問，訊完後將移送地檢署。

彰化地檢署上午兵分九路找到陳巧明。

在詹姓高中生命案中，高中生的母親黃芬雀、協助黃芬雀的許姓婦人以及陳巧明3人被列為被告，黃芬雀在檢警訊問時，將責任一肩扛下，不過檢方始終不排除除了黃跟許之外，另有他人涉案。

檢方雖懷疑陳巧明也涉案，不過缺乏明顯事證，只能把陳巧明列為證人，詹姓高中生雖是因營養不良致死，黃婦又一肩扛下，檢警暫難認定陳巧明和詹生之死有直接關係。

不過後來詹父提告，陳巧明因此成為被告，而為了釐清陳巧明的涉案程度，檢方將陳巧明改列被告，今天進行傳訊，不排除安排陳巧明和黃芬雀對質。

法界人士說，全案可能涉及傷害致死刑責，可處無期徒刑或7年以上有期徒刑。
