【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國德州16歲富二代庫奇(Ethan Couch)，因為酒駕撞死4名路人，近日該案開庭審理。原本檢察官希望對庫奇求刑20年，但結果僅被判感化10年，連1天監牢也不用坐，引來外界猛烈抨擊。

案發在今年6月，庫奇與朋友在超市，偷取酒類飲用後，駕駛一輛貨車，結果撞死4人，另外2名車上乘客重傷癱瘓。經酒測後，庫奇體內酒精濃度超標3倍。事後辯護律師請來心理學家，在庭上作供，稱庫奇有「富裕流感」(Affluenza)，以為什麼事都可用錢解決。還指庫奇的智力有18歲，但情緒智商指有12歲，要求把庫奇送往一間加州的私人復康中心進行治療。該療養中心每年收費45萬美元(約新台幣1300萬元)，費用由父親承擔，獲法官批准。

有受害人家屬表示，雖然他們已經原諒了庫奇，但認為他應該受到懲處。
