中秋節「沒快樂」　廟公留9千元拋妻奔越女

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】新北市1名已婚鄭姓廟公(66歲)涉劈腿小他29歲越南籍阮女，去年阮女懷有2個月身孕，鄭男稱會負責，在中秋節留下字條給陳姓妻子，附上9000元離家奔向越女；陳婦直到今年5月，發現戶口多了1名領養的新生女嬰報警；檢察官昨依通姦罪將鄭翁起訴。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，鄭男經常流連酒店、茶室，2008年認識剛離婚的阮女，2人多次發生性行為，鄭男去年中秋節當天，留字條給妻， 「老婆，中秋節快樂，我有苦衷，也沒快樂，因越南女有孕了，我誠肯（懇）求原諒，奉上9000元」。鄭男出庭承認婚外情，但阮女不知他已婚；檢方認為，阮女未到過鄭家，也沒見過陳婦，說法可採信，不起訴。
