飛石砸引擎蓋，凹痕修補？還是鈑金？

前一陣子上班途中，突然聽到車子被石頭砸到的聲音，但是不知道被砸到哪裡，就沒去理會。

昨天去作瓷釉，結果一檢查，引擎蓋被砸出一個明顯的凹痕。瓷釉店店長介紹了一家修補廠商，於是做完瓷釉立刻殺過去。

檢查之後老闆說這是鋁合金，最多只能恢復八成，而且因為引擎蓋要全拆，所以要五張。

請問凹痕修補還是鈑金比較划算？鈑金應該要出險，而且原漆也掛了吧？

這種小凹痕，有可能換整個引擎蓋嗎？
