15歲未升學 擬安排繼續教育

（中央社記者陳至中台北7日電）教育部推動十二年國教，針對15至18歲未就學的青年，考慮安排職涯探索、體驗教育、就業力培訓等「繼續教育」課程。

教育部預計於民國103年推動的十二年國教，定位為國民「基本教育」，較沒有義務性質。政府要讓所有想讀書的青年，都可找到理想的高中、高職、五專，至於不願繼續升學的人，也不能輕易放棄，將協助進行輔導。

教育部日前公布的「人才培育白皮書」，研擬增設就業導向專班，提供15至18歲未就學、中途離校且未就業的青年「繼續教育」的機會。

許多年輕人不升學，是不知自己的興趣所在，教育部將和鄰近高中職合作，提供多元的職涯探索和體驗教育，投入輔導員全程協助。

對於想就業的青年，則安排職場見習、觀摩，並協助他們到各地的職業訓練中心上課，充實相關技能。

教育部並打算暢通技職體系各個學制，鼓勵各個學習階段的年輕人先就業，之後再返校進修。未來高職、二專、二技等學制的招生制度，可望加入工作經歷考量。1021207
