前言：目前小弟住在武陵路大樓，已住四年多，房價也比四年多稍漲了不少，想換屋的原因是大樓的管理費算一算也不少，再來車位只買一個，目前老婆買了台小車接送小孩，我的大台休旅車出遊玩才開，所以多一台車要租車位，好麻煩
問題：現在算算只有南寮的透天買的起，打算在南寮買透天再把大樓賣掉，這樣好嗎？目前南寮的透天成屋或預售屋有推薦的嗎？價格大概多少？
