中華電信 mpro 用戶講 LINE 不計流量

行動通訊從 3G 世代轉移到 4G 世代，其中一項跡象便是逐漸過渡到以網路傳輸為主軸的網路架構。現在中華電信似乎搶先開了第一槍，今天宣布和即時通訊服務 LINE 推出不計流量的通訊服務方案。只要你是中華電信 mPro 的使用者，無論資費高低（最低是 50 元 / 10MB），就可以不計網路流量使用 LINE 提供的通話、影音文字訊息和貼圖傳輸。

查了中華官網，這個優惠是有限期間的：
102/11/26 ~ 103/12/31

也就是，只限：
2013年 11/26 ~ 2014年 12/31，只可以優惠一年左右

請問這個有人問過嗎？

是不是真的只要 mpro 最低的月租 50元（流量 10MB，收費上限 1800元），就可以 Line 不限流量用免費的？

那和朋友之間都用 Line 通話，不管講多久，不就都不必付電話費了？

不過行動數據可能要用防火牆之類的軟體，限制只有 Line 能用 3G，其餘 APP 全部攔截禁止使用 3G，避免別的 APP 吃了流量，超出 10MB 流量要付大錢。

但總覺得不太保險，如何認定超過 10MB 的流量，是不是 Line 的。

要是到時帳單來了，收上限 1800元，申訴說：明明只用 Line 的，別的 app 都防火牆禁止 3G 了，不可能是 Line 以外的 app 用的。

但要是通信商故意不認帳，強討錢呢？話都是通信商在說的，消費者根本沒保障。總覺得不是很保險。
