新生殖技術 不孕婦再製卵子

國際科學家表示，1項新的生殖技術能讓不孕婦女再次製造卵子，已讓1名日本婦女生下寶寶。

日本川崎市聖瑪麗安娜醫科大學的川村博士表示，這名婦女去年12月在東京產下小男嬰，母子健康。 據這篇發表在「國家科學院學報」的研究報告，還有1名婦女也懷孕。

在治療中，醫師先切除婦女卵巢後，切成條狀冷凍起來，再將這些條狀組織解凍後切成小丁，目的是催熟卵泡，接著這些小立方體再以藥物治療，使這些卵泡成長，最後植回婦女輸卵管表面下方。

約1%女性患有「原發性卵巢功能不全」，導致她們還不到40歲，卵巢就失去功能，儘管這項技術為不再排卵的年輕女性帶來一線「生機」，不過研究人員警告技術尚未成熟。
