美女辦公室熱舞老娘「不幹了」　老闆尬舞逆襲回應

台灣壹動畫公司員工席佛林（Marina Shifrin）在離職前，上傳影片到YouTube影音網站，以熱舞方式告訴她的老闆她要辭職，根據蘋果動新聞報導，席佛林的老闆得知此事後，不僅有話要說也以尬舞方式回應。

美國籍的席佛林28日凌晨4點半，將自己一邊跳舞一邊訴說離職原因的影片上傳網路，迅速得到兩百多萬人次的點擊率，席佛林還因此接受「赫芬頓郵報」（The Huffington Post）的採訪，並以「This May Be The Coolest Way Ever To Quit Your Job」（這可能是有史以來最酷辭職方式）為題。

席佛林說，近兩年來我認真工作，犧牲自己的人際關係、時間和精力，但是我的老闆只關心工作量和每個影片得到多少點閱率，所以我為自己做了的一個影片，還抱怨公司沒有午休時間，主管擅自改她的班表與工作內容。

但是他的老闆壹動畫公司內容暨事業發展經理羅根並不這麼認為，他希望席佛林能將創意發揮在她還在任職的時候，還表示，這裡是內湖，不是紐約，大部分人都是自己帶便當，在辦公室吃飯而非餐廳，顯然並不是很認同席佛林的話。
