我想用數據卡撥接上網

如同下址

我用「控制台」->「網路和撥號連線」->「建立新連線」後

但是「撥號到私人網路(P)」這個選項是灰暗色的,也就是不能選取

請問要如何才能讓「撥號到私人網路(P)」這個選項是可以選取的?
