最近因為一些原因 上班日都只睡大概6小時 開始每天早上都會喝1罐紅牛 也確實有效@@ 不過昨天上班上到一半開始覺得怪怪的 很疲憊但是卻睡不著的感覺 心臟也有一種說不上來的怪 請問一下 紅牛對人體有沒有已經證實的壞處呢? 感恩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.137.232
