宏達電宣布全數賣回Beats股權

智慧手機大廠宏達電HTC今天宣布與音效耳機大廠Beats公司達成股權收購協議，HTC將賣回其剩餘全數持有約24.84%股權予Beats，交易金額總計為美金2億6千5百萬元。與此交易同時，之前Beats開立予HTC的美金1億5千萬元本票及應付利息也將提前清償。此一股權交易案預計於2013年第四季完成。

宏達電今天下午五點在證交所發布重大訊息，宣布全數賣回Beats股權。宏達電表示，過去兩年來，HTC與Beats兩家世界級公司合作愉快，共同為全球消費者重新定義

音效體驗，讓HTC智慧型手機及Beats耳機的音效體驗優於業界。未來，Beats仍是HTC重要的音效合作夥伴。
