[郵務]郵局誤投，我們公司誤領，想請問責任及賠償該如何解決

各位好，在下工作的大樓內有個郵政代辦所

在約兩周前誤將一封掛號信(地址是別處)和給我們公司的掛號信一起給我們了。

而兩周後昨天代辦所來問我們公司，但由於那陣子公司辦活動信件量極多......已分發下去家上資訊只有掛號號碼，信件本體早已找不到了，但是當初的掛號編號確實有在給我們的那張清單上(每天領掛號信時郵政代辦所都會印一張簽收單給我們)

老實說樓下郵局代辦幾乎每天都會分錯信件，這次也是一樣..只是對方公司似乎在找這份信件(內容是什麼我們不清楚...).

想請問對郵務瞭解的各位，對於這種郵局誤投，而我方公司也誤收，最後兩周後郵局拿著掛號號碼來索討信件但我方實在找不出那份信件的情況下，我們公司該如何解決這件事情呢?是按郵政法規的那項賠償575元嗎?
