通用汽車信評 重登投資級

通用汽車（GM）23日獲穆迪（Moody's）調升債信評等，睽違八年後重登投資級，同時宣布向美國聯合汽車工會（UAW）買回2009年破產後發行的近半數優先股，距財務恢復正常邁進一大步。

穆迪把通用的評級由Ba1調升一級至Baa3，擺脫2005年落入的垃圾級，理由是在北美新車推出周期變短、中國銷售增強，且流動性部位強勁，包括信貸在內約持有310億美元現金。

穆迪資深副總裁克拉克說：「通用從脫離破產後，營運與財務穩定改善。我們認為，通用抱持的紀律，加上在美國強大的產品組合與健全的市場，將使通用繼續進步。」

通用同日宣布，已和UAW的志願員工福利協會（VEBA）信託基金達成協議，將以約32億美元或每股27美元，買回VEBA持有的1.2億股優先股。
