關務署呼籲業者採進口稅則預審

財政部關務署今日表示，近年海關積極推動通關便捷化措施，目前進口報單以免審免驗方式通關的比率相當高，實施事後審查後，常發現有稅則號別申報錯誤情形，不僅影響我國貿易統計正確性，業者更須於事後補正文件，有涉及逃漏關稅者，還需補徵稅款。

因此關務署呼籲，業者如無法確定進口貨物的正確貨品分類號列，可於貨物進口前，備齊文件後向海關申請預先審核，協助業者預先得知進口稅率及輸入規定，除可以方便業者預估進口成本，也可減少徵納雙方爭議，確保稅收。
