藥商上網賣保險套 擬公告放行

（中央社記者陳清芳台北2013年9月24日電）衛生福利部擬在10月公告，開放藥商在網路上販售血壓計、血糖計、體脂計、體溫計、衛生棉條和保險套6項低侵入性醫材產品。

食品藥物管理署醫粧組醫療器材專案管理科科長林欣慧表示，這是繼去年11月的OK繃、紗布、棉花棒、一般醫療用口罩等風險性較低的第一等級醫療器材之後，再次開放領有醫療器材販賣許可的藥商，新增郵購買賣通路販售第二等級6項醫材，網路販售亦包括在內。

林欣慧強調，藥商須先向衛生局登記，以保障消費者權益，至於一般民眾仍不得以網路販售醫藥器材。
