集邦：DRAM合約價可望揚升

（中央社記者張建中新竹2013年9月24日電）隨著動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)現貨價大漲，市調機構集邦科技看好，未來2個月DRAM合約價可望同步揚升。

全球第2大DRAM廠海力士(Hynix)中國大陸無錫廠發生火災意外後，在市場預期缺貨心理激勵下，DRAM現貨價短期飆漲逾4成。

集邦科技原本預期，DRAM合約價恐將因市場需求疲軟走跌；不過，海力士無錫廠火災意外後，DRAM現貨價大漲，集邦科技預期，未來 2個月DRAM合約價將不跌反升。

法人也預期，9月DRAM合約價將上漲20%至25%，10月待個人電腦代工廠庫存進一步去化後，DRAM價格可望出現另一波漲勢，將有助華亞科 (3474) 等DRAM廠獲利表現。
