韓船遇「天兔」 昨終獲救

韓國籍「日出號」油輪20日途經台中港外海16浬處，因主機故障失去動力，下錨於大安區外海待援，船務公司曾派拖船前往搶救，卻因天兔颱風過境，海象惡劣無法靠近；昨天天氣狀況好轉，船務公司再派船前往拖回台中港修復，船上13名船員皆平安。
