稅務問答／欠稅限制住居 依法無法出境

台南市王先生問：之前欠稅被限制出境，已經超過五年，今年暑假想帶孩子出國，為什麼還是不能出境？

南區國稅局台南分局答覆：經查王君在2008年5月因為欠繳綜合所得稅110萬元，遭國稅局依稅捐稽徵法第24條第3項規定限制出境，並移送法務部行政執行署台南分署執行，直到今年8月仍然沒有繳清欠稅。雖然國稅局主動在今年5月限制出境屆滿五年時函報內政部入出國移民署解除出境限制，但王君欠稅移送強制執行後仍然拒繳，因此遭執行分署依行政執行法第17條規定限制住居，以致仍然無法出境。國稅局建議王君趕緊到執行分署繳清欠稅，以即時解除出境限制，就能順利成行。
