僑委會：僑胞依規定申請納國保

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北23日電）僑務委員會今天表示，僑胞回流台灣有增加趨勢，符合設籍要件的返國僑胞依規定納保，無刻意「坑國保、鑽漏洞」情形。

媒體今天報導「僑胞坑國保年撈2億年金」，僑委會晚間發布新聞稿澄清，僑胞返國設籍或回復戶籍，須依「國民年金法」第7條規定繳納保險費，並可於65歲時請領老年年金給付，這是屬於所有納保人的合法權益，不因具僑胞身分而有所不同。

僑委會說，基於國民年金是照護國民的理念，以及保險制度應權利義務均衡原則，為保障國民權益、落實國民年金精神、建構國家完整社會安全網絡，確保年金永續經營，若國民年金主管機關衛生福利部經通盤檢討，在給付資格及條件上，認有需補充及修正之處，僑委會予以尊重。1020923
