民幣衍生性商品 全面上路

【王立德╱台北報導】愈來愈多民幣衍生性金融商品可望上路！中央銀行9月中發文給國銀，宣布擴大外匯指定銀行（DBU）承作人民幣衍生性商品範圍，由過去「單向」、「基本」衍生性商品，擴大到「組合式」衍生性商品。
央行表示，進一步開放分5大類，為連結「匯率」、「利率」、「股權」、「前述3項互相組合的商品」、「其他」。

開放分為5大類

國銀主管說，央行此舉等於讓人民幣比照其他外幣，全部開放，相較於過去僅有「單向」開放，銀行可開發出更多符合市場需求的商品。
舉例來說，開放前銀行只能設計如「美元兌人民幣匯率」的簡單式商品，開放後銀行可設計出「每季付息」的衍生性商品。以匯率商品而言，包括外幣兌人民幣匯率選擇權、遠匯、換匯、換匯換利的各種組合；在利率商品部分，有包括人民幣利率交換、利率選擇權、利率交換選擇權的各種組合等。
至於股價選擇權增列中國地區成分的ETF，國銀主管分析，未來若中國金融帳開放，中國股市上漲機率大，國人也有機會受惠。
