請問各位大大
本人在健保實施前有購買一份醫療險(85年)
其中每次住院醫療費用保險金
條約內容：
本公司給付被保險人住院期間所實際支付下列費用，
以本附約約定「每次住院醫療費用保險金」為最高限額

但今日打去保險公司詢問
健保自費的醫療費用，保險公司只理賠70%
有問小姐，當初簽保單時是【實際支付】，
為何反在健保實施後只理賠70%，
小姐回說醫療險是附約，一年一簽
請問這樣是合理的嗎？
保險公司可以只賠70%嗎?
