《國際經濟》日智庫推5兆日圓振興計畫

【時報-台北電】日本經濟研究中心(JCER)20日發布1項針對5兆日圓經濟振興計畫的提案。該日本智庫表示，為減緩明年4月銷售稅調高的負面衝擊，它提議應對其他稅進行減稅，並投資成長產業。

JCER建議，應對所得稅遭課徵5％的低收入族群，每人減稅4萬日圓。它還提議應廢除兩項與汽車相關的稅負，至於對企業課徵的特別重建稅也應提早1年結束。

它並呼籲政府與民間應合作創設1.6兆日圓的基金，以協助發展風力發電廠等成長計畫。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者蕭麗君／綜合外電報導)
