日本政府明春後始決定是否解禁集體自衛權

日本政府計劃明年春季後，才決定是否修改憲法解釋，解禁集體自衛權。

共同社引述政府人士透露，鑑於執政夥伴公明黨對解禁集體自衛權一直持謹慎態度，政府認為有必要多花時間研究。在今年內提出的新防衛大綱寫明允許行使集體自衛權較為困難。
