中秋連假期間，大陸各地掀起買房潮，購房者害怕房價續漲與宏觀調控，讓各地樓市呈現「金九銀十」的交易火爆場面。

中國廣播網報導，在南京秋季房展會上，幾乎不見參展樓盤的優惠措施，但觀展民眾還是創下三年來的客流新高，人潮不斷湧入，開幕首日的意向客戶登記超過3,500組，急性子的購房者隨處可見。

報導說，參展的房地產商近50家當中，放眼望去都是定價在每平方公尺人民幣2萬元（約每坪新台幣30萬元）以上，以別墅最多；而每平方公尺1萬元（約每坪新台幣15萬元）以下的樓盤僅有七家，這樣偏高的房價，讓民眾直喊吃不消。

房價不降而購房者卻趨之若騖，中原地產市場研究部總監張大偉認為，對於購房者來說，「金九銀十」就是購房欲望較強時期，很多購房者還是害怕或恐慌價格再漲，搶先入手。

知名樓市評論人張百忍表示，從成交量來講，光是山東青島這個月一萬套應該不成問題，很多樓盤都是當日推出就賣光，交易都很火爆。
