永春都更最快年底動工

除了SOGO旁的正義國宅都更案過關, 在忠孝東路/松山路交叉口延宕超過14年的永春社區更新案，建商終於變更計畫，森業營造最後決定將彭家劃出都更範圍，改為整建/重建併行，並在1月送件申請變更事業計畫，昨舉行公辦公聽會，吸引近200人到場聆聽。

整個永春社區面積約3945平方公尺，不同意戶彭家的該棟公寓將作為「整維區」，共有12名住戶，未來將協助以「拉皮」方式，盡可能改善舊有建物。 我不清楚彭家反對戶總共有幾樓? 那彭家店面上面有無同意戶? 這下可倒大楣了.

原本規劃3棟建物，將改為4棟，其中2棟維持原本的15層樓不變，另有一棟從14層樓拉高為22層樓，新增的一棟為2層樓建物，將作為店面使用。

原本整個基地約350多戶，將降低為300戶，損失部分將由森業自行吸收，原同意戶分得的樓層、坪數都不會改變，因此獲得絕大多數的住戶支持，126戶中，同意比例已高達95%。
